What this page will contain

The three-part test, published in full:

1. Purpose test. The interest pursued — telling regulatory affairs leads at organisations with an AI-enabled device submission that a tool exists which computes the statistics their submission needs.
2. Necessity test. Why targeted business-to-business email to a named role is necessary and proportionate, and what less intrusive options were considered.
3. Balancing test. The recipient’s reasonable expectations, the business context of the address, the volume and frequency caps applied (a hard cap on sends per day, a four-step sequence, no repeat approach after an objection), the exclusion of free-mail addresses and of recipients in jurisdictions where this basis is not available, and the safeguards: sender identity in every message, one-click unsubscribe with RFC 8058 headers, and a suppression list that takes precedence over everything else.

The assessment will carry its author, the date it was made and the date it is next reviewed.
