Guidance status. FDA’s AI-DSF lifecycle guidance is adraft (January 2025) and is not for implementation. ProofPack’s FDA templates map to it and to the final PCCP guidance (December 2024, updated August 2025) and the 2007 statistical guidance. Anchors are versioned and update when the guidance does.

We generate a formal Stripe quote, email it to you and your accounts-payable contact with a PDF and a one-click acceptance link, and issue the invoice with net-30 terms and your PO number on it when you accept. Nobody has to chase us for it — the quote is generated the moment you submit this form.
Questions about paying for ProofPack
Why is there a quarterly minimum?
A licence covers unlimited re-rendering and version comparison for one regulated model over the term, plus support on computational-correctness questions and fortnightly office hours. That is a period of work, not a single download, so the smallest unit we sell is a quarter. There is no monthly plan.
What does “unlimited” mean here?
Unlimited re-rendering of packs, unlimited version comparisons, and monitoring runs within the term for the licensed model. It does not mean unlimited acceptance testing: repeated testing against the same locked test set inflates optimism, so ProofPack keeps a local test-set ledger and records how many times a set has been used. The ledger stays on your machine.
What leaves my network when I run ProofPack?
Nothing you analyse. The engine runs where you run it, and --offline opens zero sockets, which is tested in CI on every release. In the browser demo the file is parsed and analysed inside your tab; there is no upload endpoint. The only data we hold is the commercial record: your company details, billing information at Stripe, and the licence we issued.
Do we need a BAA?
No, because no protected health information reaches Global Phoenix Solutions. ProofPack processes your test-set data inside your own environment; we never receive it. We will say this in writing on request, and the DPA covers the commercial data we do hold.
What happens to our evidence if Global Phoenix Solutions disappears?
Annual licences carry a source-escrow and perpetual-licence-on-insolvency clause, and every pack ProofPack renders is a self-contained DOCX/HTML/JSON file on your own disk with the methods and version stamps written into it. Nothing you have already produced depends on us continuing to exist.
How is tax handled?
Prices exclude tax. Stripe Tax computes UK VAT or applies the reverse charge from the billing address and VAT number you give at checkout, and we register for US sales tax where nexus arises. If you are buying from outside the UK, enter your VAT or tax ID at checkout or on the quote form so the invoice is issued correctly.
Do you offer refunds?
Within 14 days of the first payment on a new licence, if ProofPack has not rendered a pack you can use, email us and we refund the term in full. After that a licence runs to the end of its paid term; quarterly licences can be cancelled before renewal and annual ones do not auto-renew without a renewal quote.
Does buying ProofPack mean a regulator accepts our submission?
No. No regulator has endorsed ProofPack and no clearance yet cites it. Evidence gets reviewed; tools do not get “accepted”. ProofPack computes and records the statistics the guidance describes, with a confidence interval on every number and the guidance section beside each block. Your RA lead still writes the submission and owns it.
Does paying by card cost more than paying by invoice?
No. The price is the same through both doors: $4,500 per quarter or $15,000 per year per regulated model. Card processing fees are ours, not yours, and we do not add a surcharge for cards or a discount for bank transfer. Choose whichever door suits your finance process.
Which door should we use — card or invoice?
Card if you can put it on a company card and want the licence the same minute. Quote and invoice if you need a purchase order, a formal quote document, net-30 payment terms, a countersigned DPA, a security questionnaire, a W-8BEN-E or a vendor-onboarding form. The invoice door is not a slower afterthought: the quote is generated and emailed automatically, and the licence is issued the moment the invoice is paid.
